Registration Open and Late Fees

Registration for the Fall 2021 season is open from May 21 – June 14 for all age groups (Pre-K through Grade 12). After June 14, all new registrations will be waitlisted and are not guaranteed assignment to a team. A $50 late fee will be added to each player registration submitted after June 14 for the Grade 2 through Grade 8 age groups. Clinic players (PreK, Kindergarten and Grade 1) are not charged late fees. Families that move to Arlington and are new to the community after June 14 and prior to Registration Close can request a waiver of the late fee.

Registration for the BAYS high school teams will continue through August to allow players to tryout for their high school teams. Players who make their high school freshman, JV, or varsity team are not eligible to play with the ASC in the fall. Therefore, players who plan to try out for their high school team are encouraged to register after high school tryouts are completed.

Registration Close

To allow for sufficient time to order team uniforms, registration for the ASC Fall 2021 programs will close on August 19, 2021, for the Grade 2 through Grade 8 age groups. Clinics and BAYS high school registrations will close on September 6, 2021. We are unable to add new players at any level after these dates.

Volunteer Coaches and Managers are Needed

ASC relies on our volunteer coaches and managers to help run the program, and we encourage volunteers to sign up for the fall season. Please sign up to volunteer at your AdminSport family account when you register your player. The ASC values all of our coaches. Many of our coaches are men and we encourage more women to volunteer and coach a team especially for our coed clinics teams and girls teams.

Refund Policy

Players who withdraw prior to June 14 will be refunded the full program fee (minus a $10 processing charge). Players who withdraw between June 15 and August 1 will be refunded 50% of the program fee. No refunds are offered after August 1, 2021.

Prior to the first fall season practice, game, or clinic, players can request a refund (minus a $10 processing charge) for medical reasons (injury or illness). No refunds are offered for medical reasons after September 6, 2021.

The high school girls’ ASC Premier Team fee is fully non-refundable under any circumstances.

“No Request” Policy

Please be aware that we cannot accept requests to play with friends. Additionally, coaches cannot request specific players for their teams (except their own children). The Age Group Directors put a great deal of effort into making sure that most players are assigned to teams with some kids from their school (registering on time helps to make this happen!). However, ASC believes that playing with new teammates provides children with opportunities to make friends outside of their school.


Arlington residents in Pre-K (entering Kindergarten in September 2021) through Grades 12 are eligible to register for the Fall 2021 season. Out-of-town residents who attend a school in Arlington are also eligible to register.

Financial Assistance

A priority of the Arlington Soccer Club is that no child will be excluded from soccer due to an inability to pay. Over the past decade, we have consistently issued fee waivers to families with financial needs and believe that it is important to ensure that children whose families are suffering financially continue to play soccer with their friends and classmates. The generous support of the ASC community makes this financial assistance program possible. Please contact our Registrar to request a fee waiver.
