What if my child has a conflict with the tryout schedule?
Due to the large number of players involved, ASC does not offer makeup dates for tryouts. If your child has an unavoidable conflict please:
- STILL register them for tryouts.
- Submit a waiver request through our online portal prior to Night 1 of your tryout date.
The ASC Tryout Committee reviews all waiver requests and will reply to your submission in a timely manner. Waivers are given for injury, illness or long-standing commitments such as a performance or family graduation. Due to the complexity of schedules around known school-based activities and events, we do not grant waivers for other sporting events or tryouts. While waivers are given on a discretionary basis, it is best for players to be at both tryouts whenever possible.
