Registration Policies
Registration Open and Late Fees
Registration for Fall 2025 runs May 28 – June 29 for Pre-K through Grade 8 and through August 15 for Grades 9-12. Late Registration starts June 30 and players will pay a late fee of $50 for Grade 2 through Grade 8.
Space on a team is not guaranteed for players who register after June 29. We field well over 2,000 players per year, and the number of teams we can roster is dictated by the number of players who register during the open registration period.
Clinic players (PreK, Kindergarten and Grade 1) and fall high school players are not charged late fees. Families that move to Arlington and are new to the community after June 30 can request a waiver of the late fee.
Key dates
- May 28: Open Registration begins.
- June 30: Late Registration begins, and waitlists are enforced for all programs. A $50 late fee per player is added to registration fees for Grade 2 through Grade 8.
- August 1: Last day to withdraw with 50% refund. No refunds after this date
Financial Assistance
A priority of the Arlington Soccer Club is that no child is excluded from soccer due to an inability to pay. Over the past decade, we have consistently issued fee waivers. The generous support of the ASC community makes this financial assistance program possible. Please contact the registrar to request a fee waiver.
Volunteer Coaches and Managers are Needed
ASC relies on our volunteer coaches and managers to help run the program, and we encourage volunteers to sign up for the fall season. Please sign up to volunteer at your AdminSports family account when you register your player. ASC values all of our coaches.
Fall High School ASC Soccer
ASC fall high school soccer is independent from the Arlington High School soccer program. For the fall, only players who are NOT playing for their high school are eligible to play for ASC. Please wait until after any high school tryouts to register for ASC if your player is planning to try out for their high school team.
Refund Policy
Players who withdraw prior to June 30, 2024 will be refunded the full program fee (minus a $10 processing charge). Players who withdraw between June 30, 2025 and August 1, 2025 will be refunded 50% of the program fee. No refunds are offered after August 1, 2025.
Prior to the first fall season practice, game, or clinic, players can request a refund (minus a $10 processing charge) for medical reasons (injury or illness). No refunds are offered for medical reasons after September 1, 2025.
The high school girls’ ASC Premier Team fee is fully non-refundable under any circumstances.
“No Request” Policy
Please be aware that we cannot accept requests to play with friends. Additionally, coaches cannot request specific players for their teams (except their own children). The Age Group Directors put a great deal of effort into making sure that most players are assigned to teams with some kids from their school (registering on time helps to make this happen!). However, ASC believes that playing with new teammates provides children with opportunities to make friends outside of their school.
Eligibility
Arlington residents in Pre-K (entering Kindergarten in September 2026) through Grades 12 are eligible to register for the Fall 2025 season. Out-of-town residents who attend school in Arlington are also eligible to register.
Players must play with the grade level they are in in school.
