Arlington Soccer Club is proud to support the Referee Appreciation Days on May 11-12, 2024. This event is sponsored by BAYS (Boston Area Youth Soccer) each season, to recognize the hard work that soccer referees do every week in support of players, coaches, and spectators. Our games could not happen without referees. They show up in all kinds of weather, and they must sometimes make difficult and split-second decisions in front of a large audience, knowing that at least some spectators will be unhappy with whatever decision is made.
Many of our referees officiate BAYS games, and we also have referees at the In-Town level and at the Premier/Club level. All of them should be recognized for their hard work.
